08/27/19 Mtg - Satellite Communications Overview


6pm - Pre-meeting "dutch treat" meal is at America's Roadhouse Express Restaurant in Asheboro on N Fayetteville St.

7pm - Meeting held at the Asheboro/Randolph Library (downstairs room on the left) on 201 Worth Street, Asheboro. Meeting is open to ANYONE interested in amateur radio.

Meeting Business: Finances, Next license testing session, New or upgraded hams, New members, Brief news from club members, Old Business (if any), New Business: Vote on a club logo.

Meeting Program: Roger Stout, N4RWS, will present an overview of satellite communications with regard to what satellites are available and equipment necessary to make a contact.
