At the July meeting Ken Hucks, AB4KC and Amber Cole, K4TAC introduced a completed NC incorporation application, updated club constitution and bylaws, and a new membership form. The club will discuss and vote on accepting the documents and submitting the incorporation application to the Secretary of State at the August 28, 2018 meeting.
