At the July meeting Ken Hucks, AB4KC and Amber Cole, K4TAC introduced a completed NC incorporation application, updated club constitution and bylaws, and a new membership form. These forms are available to current club members on the club forum page. If you have any questions about the forum page, please contact Amber.
The club will discuss and vote on accepting the documents and submitting the incorporation application to the Secretary of State at the August 28, 2018 meeting.
